Provide administrative support to the buying department.
Prepare and send reports as required by management.
Follow up and chase reports to ensure timely completion.
Accurately input information into systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
HOURS
Monday to Thursday - 8am to 5pm, Friday - 7.30am to 12.30pm
