JOB DESCRIPTION
Use of the EPlan (training will be given on EPlan) and AutoCAD. Create, new and update and modify existing Pneumatic, Lubrication, Hydraulic and Coolant designs
Obtaining quotes and communicating with suppliers on technical issues
Liaising with various departments within the company
Answering queries during manufacture, build and installation
Preparing and maintaining documentation and records to a `Quality Operating System’
Preparing and maintaining PowerPoint documents for customer approval presentations
Preparing and maintaining Excel documents for internal recording of items such as Drawing updates, issue decks, supplier specifications etc.
Preparing Visio diagrams for sales proposals and customer presentations
REQUIREMENTS
HNC or BEng in Electrical, Pneumatics/services Engineering or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience
Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team or under their own initiative
Microsoft Office suite typically Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio.
HOURS
Hours: 37.5 hour/week + 25-day hols + pension
